Forming part of the SYNLAB Group, SYNLAB Laboratory Services (SLS) are a drug and alcohol testing laboratory based in Abergavenny, also offering a wide range of pathology, occupational health and wellness testing. SYNLAB in the UK is a trusted expert in clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services.

We have a full-time and permanent vacancy for a Training Co-ordinator to work alongside our Sales & Client Services team. You would also be providing support to the Training Consultants as and when required.

**Other duties include**:

- Booking in all client training requirements in a professional and efficient manner.
- Managing the internal training diary effectively.
- Discuss training course options with clients directly.
- Supporting the Key Account Managers and Client Service team in new client acquisitions and quotations.
- Prepare reports on training activity as and when required.
- Participate in risk assessment monitoring.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Systematic and method driven.
- Accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
- An understanding of confidentiality.
- Resilience and calm nature whilst under client pressures.
- Excellent written English skills and confident verbal communication skills.

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with SYNLAB drug and alcohol service programme.
- Supportive nature.
- IT confident.
