Company Description

We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a Weekend on-call Supervisor to provide an effective and efficient weekend on call service to our clients, Care Professionals, and general public.

**Job Description**:
This role involves:
Answering all incoming calls/texts and responding accordingly

Reallocation/covering calls for sickness or emergencies and informing clients of changes.

Completing all relevant paperwork for handover.

Covering care in an emergency or where there is no other member of staff available.

Accessing and using our systems for relevant training, calls, and communication needs.

The role is part time, working alternate weekends, from 4pm Friday until 10am Monday. There will be a need to attend the Halesfield office for a handover on Friday at 4pm, to attend the office 9-5 Saturday and Sunday and report back to the office on Monday at 9am for a handover of the weekend, all other working time will be worked remotely from home.

**Qualifications**:

- Good written and verbal communication
- I.T skills not essential however would improve integration.
- Care background not essential however experience desired
