Customer Care Co-Ordinator required for Bury St Edmunds company.

The Customer Care Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that arise. The Customer Care Co-Ordinator will work closely with the team to ensure that customer needs are met and that all work is completed to the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, serving as a point of contact for enquiries, complaints, and issue resolution.

2.Work closely with the team to ensure that customer needs are met and that all work is completed to the customer's satisfaction.

3.Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed of progress, anticipated completion dates, and any potential issues that may arise.

4.Document and track customer issues, ensuring that all information is accurately captured and shared with the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:
1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers

2.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

3.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
