**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the direction and guidance of the Technical Sales Director, the Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team by interacting with customers and other business departments, dealing with sales quotes and orders and general office duties.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare technical sales quotation documents & costing sheets to meet customer requirements - working closely with Technical Sales director.
- Regularly chase up quoted work with customers and monitor outstanding quotes in anticipation of winning the projects.
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review - such as updating sales opportunities in SAP and generating analytical information from reports.
- Monitor and track sales activities, including sales targets and performance metrics
- Clear and concise communication with other stakeholder(s) and departments regarding quotations and projects - such as working with the purchasing and engineering teams to get a firm understanding on latest products & costings.
- Follow up with the accounts department to raise any new sales orders and verify all specifications with the customer are accurate before handover to engineering.
- Willing to carry out other duties as deemed appropriate by the company.
- General Office Duties.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES**:

- Preferred knowledge of SAP Business One or other similar ERP system.
- Familiarity with sales reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and numeric skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive can-do attitude, and ability to use own initiative
- Some Understanding of Engineering documents and drawings - preferred but not essential.
