**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with internal monthly reports - presenting to Head of Ops & Head of eCommerce
- Assisting with drawing up client contracts
- Management of our internal systems - shared Hubspot inbox, call recording, etc.
- Onboarding/offboarding of clients
- Weekly client updates sent to internal teams (new clients, clients leaving, upcoming audits, etc.)
- Assisting with aged debtors’ reports
- Managing client audits with the internal audit teams
- Helping administratively with new inbound leads
- Helping logístically with our new service, TikTok Shop - handling deliveries, etc.
**Skills/Assets Required**:
- Administration experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Be IT-proficient
- Use own initiative and work as part of a close team
- Impeccable attention to detail
