Service Architecture

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Service Architecture & Design Manager you will contribute towards ensuring services operate to contractual and recognized standards of service delivery. The Service Analyst will support ensuring service architecture practices are effectivein the organization and that service integrations and dependencies are documented.

As a Service Analyst, you will contribute to ensuring effective Service design practices are in operation across all services, and underpinned by an accurate CMDB, as well as implementing the configuration standards and roadmap for the IT Service Managementtoolset. The platform requires iterative development to ensure it supports maturity, efficiency, accuracy and quality in service

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who has the ability to work across the technical system owners to help define and document service architecture requirements to meet contractual and regulatory requirements through a collaborative approach.

You will have sound understanding of ITIL practices, excellent documentation standards and fair understanding of ITSM Toolset Configuration, CMDB, launching Self-Service and driving improvements towards automation through Continual Service Improvement.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and have experience working with a number of different stakeholders of varying technical understanding. You are willing to explain requirements to technical teams to turn designs into reality as well as being comfortablerunning workshops and training sessions with users and our colleagues.
