**STRATEGIC INSIGHTS CONSULTANT**

Global Customer Success team - Oxford office

**About this role**

The Strategic Insights Consultant will be a confident and capable crafter of compelling insight which delivers clear and actionable recommendations to our client. She or he will use analytical skills to develop/distribute new analytical approaches and help NielsenIQ clients make better decisions. Identify opportunities to collaborate and deliver provocative Thought Leadership on market, industry and category trends which can be shared across our client base.

**Responsibilities**
- You will deliver outstanding insight to the client, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior client personnel
- Provide feedback on client needs and challenging internal processes to best deliver those client needs
- Drive client value to help achieve agreed revenue and client satisfaction targets
- Use Global databases to drive top-down global insight, identifying opportunities and threats for our client’s brands
- Presenting key insights around strategic trends - both virtually and in person
- Introduce additional NielsenIQ services, where appropriate to meet client needs
- Develop and deliver against Joint Business Plans to support your client’s business objectives
- Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) and client satisfaction
- Drive cross market collaboration within NielsenIQ and client where appropriate
- Mentors/Coaches team members and are COE resource (provides insight/advice/feedback and help drive their development)
- Effectively manages client workload requirements between team members
- You will identify revenue opportunities to help the team exceed OP targets and engage with practice areas to ensure a sound knowledge of products and services available

**Requirements**:

- Desire to tackle the challenge of working on a large Platinum client at Global HQ level
- Ability to develop senior client relationship building
- Solid understanding of FMCG industry and trends and be able to demonstrate a high level of business acumen
- Understanding of Consumer Panel
- Knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services or equivalent
- People management skills would be a ideal but can be developed in the role - such as demonstrating the ability to achieve results through others, to motivate and inspire and to coach individuals to develop/realise their full potential
- Results orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems in a highly client-focused fashion
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
