**The Role**

As a member of Soho Home Retail, The Visual Merchandiser will ensure a strong visual standard is maintained across our UK studios. Working within the studio's you will deliver seasonal launches and create the Soho House vision through impeccable styling and a high attention to detail. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager and working closely with the store teams & the wider creative team.

**Main Duties**
- Deliver seasonal VM campaigns and window displays in our London studios, along with our wholesale teams.
- Maintain a high visual standard throughout studios
- Support and manage all in store POS materials in line with the Marketing Calendar.
- Support the wider Marketing Team in the visual execution of new promotional sites and events.
- Develop and communicate clear visual merchandising guidelines to elevate the Soho Home brand and in turn maximise sales of products and services.
- Coach the studio teams to maintain displays with at the stores in line with guidelines.
- Work alongside studio GM's, Stock manger and merchandising to review stock availability on a weekly basis.
- Administrative support including maintaining our supplier portfolio, sourcing props, and spend tracking using Excel.

**What We Are Looking For...**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in home visual merchandising or styling.
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Results driven with a strong commercial understanding of business goals.
- Must have plenty of creative flair and excel at collaborating with the rest of the team.
- Deadline orientated and able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be Positive and flexible with a collaborative, can-do approach.
- Budget and P&L understanding.
- Digital programming experience
