**Role Overview**

To take the lead on knowledge management supporting the UKI Commercial team in enhancing, maintaining and storing Commercial (including sales) assets to ensure the sales scripts and associated processes within the business areas are accurate and up to date and embedded within the teams. You will support the resourcing and prioritisation process within the Business Standards and Controls team to ensure effective utilisation of resources. You will also work with teams delivering business change to support changes to and reissuing of sales process documents and tools making sure these are up to date and accessible to the front line.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead on knowledge management including the collation of all proposed sales process improvements from teams, supporting the Business Standards team in introducing a systematic way to gather feedback and make changes that are clear and auditable.
- Lead on the work allocation for the team including the tracking/reporting on the book of work.
- To support the resourcing and prioritisation process within the Business Standards and Controls team to ensure effective utilisation of resources.
- Undertake root cause analysis to identify opportunities to improve and adapt sales process materials.
- Responsible for ensuring the change process is followed, and an audit trail of sign off is maintained.
- Maintain and store sales process documents and tools using appropriate Knowledge Management tools.
- Maintain the lifecycle of documents and tools through version control.
- Support the communication of sales process changes and issuing of the new documents and removal of old.
- Identify opportunities to improve clarity and experience for customers and the front-line teams.
- Document and maintain process work instructions.
- Manage the sales process change forum

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Extensive sales and customer facing experience
- A background in coaching and or managing sales teams
- Good knowledge of the UK healthcare market with the ability to understand the business dynamics of Bupa, its products and services
- To have a good understanding of regulatory risks and an understanding of the Bupa Framework and Standards.
- Expert use of Windows packages
- Strong business awareness and sound commercial judgement
- Understanding of relationship management and the ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networks
- Well organised with effective time management skills and the ability to create and meet deadlines
- Highly motivated and able to work unsupervised
