**Countrywide** is seeking a strong Administrator to join an established team supporting the lettings function based at Countrywide House in Annesley, Nottinghamshire, NG15. £18,600 per annum. Full-time, permanent, office-based. Working days &hours - Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)

The Quality Control Team play an integral part in ensuring the safety of our tenants & quality assurance to our business and Landlords. We work closely with the lettings branch network to support them with a variety of compliance based lettings tasks.
You will review the gas safety & electrical safety documentation for all new lets ensuring tenant safety before move-in, monitor the performance of a variety of teams & review branch compliance performance. You will ensure tenants have the right to rent inthe UK & that the required lettings documentation is present & correct.
**No experience for this role is required as full training will be given**

- Be passionate about improvement and getting the job done correctly
- Use straightforward thinking to ensure that they are as efficient as possible
- Have excellent timekeeping (Quality Control are relied upon to have the information readily available at set times)
- Provide compliance support to the branch network
- Have good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Be able to work as a team and on their own initiative
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills

- Team Manager 1-2-1’s

**Other helpful things to know**:

- This role reports to the Quality Control Manager
- Core business hours are full time, Monday to Friday
- Full training will be given in the auditing processes
- This role will be based at the Lettings & Sales Centre in Annesley, Nottinghamshire
