The role will see you coordinate the operational processes, warehouse and suppliers. As well as the management of inventory levels.

Main Duties:

- Co-ordinate sales orders in line with procedures from point of order through to dispatch.
- Monitor stock products, review levels and stock accuracy to agreed targets and create purchase orders.
- Maintain purchase prices.
- Monitor and report on stock control processes, counting and physical & system issues.
- Evaluate and monitor suppliers in line with targets and required quality standards.
- Create and maintain products and the associated documents in the ERP system.
- Administrate amendments to maintain quality procedures and work instructions to the requirements of ISO 9001.
- Support and facilitate effective cross functional communication with other departments.
