We are looking for a Finance Administrator to be based at our site in Annesley (NG15 0DR). As a Finance Administrator, you will provide accurate and timely administration support to the Finance function and process all bank related transactions and expense claims correctly and efficiently.

The role will offer a salary of 23k per annum with the opportunity to work from home 4 days per week (Subject to Business Requirements).

Main Responsibilities

Process all bank related transactions to agreed SLA’s
Maintain Payment Beneficiaries on banking systems
Review employee expenses for accuracy and completeness and process the claim information for payment by the payroll team
Deal with queries relating to the expenses process.
Raise purchase order requests for the finance team;
Preparation and processing of site orders for stationary;
Providing general administration support to the department and site.
Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in the Admin function - taking into consideration remote working.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times, raising any non-compliances or concerns at the earliest opportunity.
Providing administration support to the wider team with any ad-hoc duties

About you:
Knowledge of banking procedures; Experience within Finance/Admin environment.
Good computer and excel skills
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working to deadlines
Adaptability - Flexibility in handling change; adapting to new processes with innovative ideas
Teamwork - cooperate and work collaboratively, foster relationships with others
