A talented Helpdesk Technician is required for my client based in the Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing team; to expand upon technical knowledge and a chance to focus on professional development.
Salary 27K-30K DOE
You must drive and a DBS is highly desirable.This is an on-site role.
Day-to-day:

- Ticket management
- Password resets
- Hardware and software - support and installations
- Off-boarding and On-boarding users
- On-site tech support, on client sites
- Update and contribute to documentations
Essentials:

- Experience in a Mac environment - OSX/iOS support
- Experience in a technical support role
- Hardware knowledge e.g. builds/ break-fix
- W10/11 support knowledge
- General but, confident basic understanding of network - switches, routers, vlans TCP/IP
- Willingness to adapt, learn and grow with the role
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal skills; non-technical and technical audiences.
- The ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Driving license (mandatory)

Desirables:

- MSP background
- Good server knowledge
- Office 365 and Azure
- Windows domain environment
- Apple Mac environment using Jamf.
