**IT Cyber Sales Support Assistant - Full Time - Central Birmingham**
**Salary - £22 - £26K plus benefits**

Assist a IT Cyber Security Executive in developing, building and maintaining client relationships via:
- _ Liaising with marketing _
- _Following up on and generating new leads_
- _ Booking client meetings for the executive_
- _ Assisting in gathering client requirements and needs and turning these into winning proposals_
- _ Assisting in managing accounts through regular telephone contact_
Assisting in all aspects of sales administration to include:
- _ Helping to create quotes and proposals_
- _ Assisting in managing client feedback_
- _ Updating the CRM system and assisting with supporting processes_
- _ Assisting with administration and reporting on sales _
Other Duties:
- _ Representing the business attending trade shows and other events as required_
- _ Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships and alliances with colleagues and clients._
- _ Provide input to marketing activities_
**The person**:

The right person will be flexible in their approach to work and be happy with meeting ambitious targets. This means being both tenacious and creative, as well as comfortable conversing with customers on the phone, while being an excellent oral and written communicator.
