**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Enterprise Cyber Security Sales Specialist? Do you have an interest in technology?

Intercity are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Cyber Security Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team. As an Enterprise Cyber Security Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Intercity’s Cyber Security services and solutions to SME & Enterprise businesses. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our company's products and services, enabling organisations to enhance their security posture and decrease risk. This role requires a deep understanding of how Cyber Security services are delivered and the benefits they can bring, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients optimise their infrastructure and services.

Intercity’s Sales Specialists work as part of a wider sales team to find, develop and close sales opportunities to underpin the ongoing growth and development of Intercity. Sales Specialists will have the opportunity to support Product Management to develop products and services that are suitable and relevant to Intercity’s existing customer base and target markets. Sales Specialists will support the Sales team to identify and qualify leads while consistently closing business on a monthly basis, in order to meet agreed sales targets.

**As an Enterprise Cyber Security Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure by identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and presenting Intercity’s Cyber Security portfolio of products and services. Create, identify, and qualify selling opportunities by the preparation of high quality, accurate proposals and quotations for customers and conclude contracts in accordance with Intercity’s policies and procedures.
- Deliver consistent and on-plan revenue through skilled pipeline management whilst maintaining an active 30-60-90-day sales pipeline. Consistently revise revenue projections and provide monthly updates and status reports on sales opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of our company's Cyber Security offering, including but not limited to SIEM, SOC, EDR, MDR, XDR, firewalls, managed services, professional services and support services. Articulate the value propositions and benefits to potential clients based on their unique business needs. Make recommendations and drive improvements to Intercity’s propositions & services by providing feedback from customers, competitors and external markets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their service challenges and strategic goals. Recommend tailored solutions that align with their specific requirements, emphasising the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity gains our products and services can deliver.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams. Cultivate long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Set ambitious sales targets, develop strategic plans to achieve them, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to identify new sales opportunities and keep the organisation ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with other sales team members, pre-sales, solution architects, and project managers to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to showcase Intercity’s solutions effectively.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to keep the management informed of progress and activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond by providing ongoing support and addressing any post-sales concerns promptly.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- At least two years’ experience within a similar sales environment.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on Cyber Security.
- Strong understanding of a multitude of technologies and services, in particular within the Cyber Security market.
- Possess demonstrable experience of managing a complete sales cycle from opportunity creation to completing a sale within the B2B environment.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Be confident in conversing with and presenting to senior management and directors.
