Part Time or Full Time Hours Available
To support the delivery of services to members working with the Communications & Training Officer, Accounts Technician and Centre Administrator.
To support the work with the Communications and Training Officer and the Technical Team to: collect, draft and upload information to databases; update the website and to catalogue reports, etc.; production of the monthly bulletins, web news pages and social media feeds; facilitate the smooth organization and running of training courses and site visits.
To support the Accounts Technician with: invoicing, bank payments and updating records; bookings, receipting and invoicing for payments for RRC conferences, training courses and other event
Experience Required
- Experience of working/responding independently and balancing multiple tasks.
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, or similar software suite.
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills including writing and editing skills.
- Good command of written English.
- Ability to work accurately with figures.
- Ability to plan and work under own initiative and with others.
- Methodical with attention to detail.
- Able to work flexibly as part of a small team across a number of different tasks.

**Salary**: £22,204.00 per year
