Purchase Ledger Assistant
6-month fixed term contract
Cranfield (fully office based)
£25,(Apply online only) - £27,(Apply online only) per annum
Your role as a Purchase Ledger Assistant is to assist in the smooth running of the Purchase Ledger function, ensuring that all transactions are processed in a timely manner and that accurate accounting records are maintained.
As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, your duties will involve but are not limited to:
Processing of purchase ledger invoices.
Monitoring and maintaining the accounts inbox.
Day-to-day admin - answering the telephone, filing, photocopying.
To be a successful Purchase Ledger Assistant you must have:
Experience working in an office environment, in the accounts department within Purchase Ledger.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify data errors & put in place corrections.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
