**The role: Procurement Specialist**
**Location: Swindon, Hybrid**
**Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week**

**QA** are currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist to join our growing team in Swindon. This would suit someone who has administrative experience with a knowledge of supplier control and management.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Procurement Assessments Inbox and resolve queries - escalating where necessary.
- Processing Third Party supplier requests and ensuring due diligence is complete and queries are responded to.
- Using One Trust to issue, review and approve supplier assessments.
- Ensure Third-Party tracker is updated and accurate.
- Finding suppliers to fulfil Client requirements and build quotes to forward internally. Negotiating discounts where possible.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in an administration and customer service role
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer facing role
- Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
- Knowledge of Procurement processes and practices
