**JOB PURPOSE**:
As a Junior Copywriter, you will join our global Copy Team made up of 25 people around the world. You will write for all digital channels, providing on-brand website copy that drives clicks and engagement.

You will work closely with the Senior Copywriter to follow and improve upon creative standards, processes, and guidelines to maximise quality and minimise churn. This role requires a genuine passion for the craft of copywriting, an affinity for brand storytelling, and a keen eye for detail.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for our clients' onsite marketing
- Iterate on copy changes quickly and effectively with guidance from Copy Lead
- Adhere to clients' tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Research competitors and trends for creative inspiration
- Collaborate with Designers
- Contribute to team creative
- brainstorms
- Proactively support other Copywriters regionally and globally

**SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience as a copywriter is a plus, and a background in agency or brand is preferred
- Experience in the e-commerce/retail environment a plus
- Exposure to multi-channel digital copy and brand development; a background in social media content and copywriting preferred
- Ability to create marketing content that sells
- Confidence in working with other Copywriters and Editors
- Readiness to work at a fast pace on large marketing campaigns with many assets
- An understanding of the importance of consistency across different touchpoints of a user journey
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and enthusiastically
- A collaborative approach to getting things done
- A supportive, proactive attitude towards projects
