**Client Details**

They are a Legal Firm who provide pragmatic solutions/advice and build long lasting relationships with their Clients.

**Description**

This Administration role will include the following duties:

- file opening procedures
- administration of financial matters - invoice generation and other system related activities
- document production - including producing/amending letters from templates, proof
- reading and collating enclosures
- managing the compliance and other processes required to set up new client files
- filing, photocopying, scanning, sorting incoming and outgoing post, and other document management tasks
- data room administration
- assisting with billing and other accounting processes and file archiving
- undertaking title checks and land/property searches
- assisting with completion and post-completion tasks
- taking telephone messages and liaising with clients and others on straightforward issues
- assisting with marketing and event administration (mailshots, invitations, feedback collation etc.)
- general administrative tasks

**Profile**
- Have Administration experience.
- Be bright, hard working and switched on.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Have strong communication.
- Be able to use different software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Be able to build strong relationships.

**Job Offer**

This is a permanent full time position.

There is hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office.

There isn't on-site parking but have discounted parking near by. Easily accessible via public transport (train/bus).
