Administrators Role:

- Provide administrative support to various department, including data entry, document preparation and filing.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to produce documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve organizational objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute constructively to discussions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Administrator Requirements:

- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
- Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrates a professional and approachable demeanor, fostering positive interactions. - Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in IT tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Showcases outstanding organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record in delivering effective communication across all levels of an organization.
- Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing an understanding of customer service principles and administrative tasks.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday Except Saturdays when working hours are 8am - 1pm
