Full Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update financial records for multiple clients, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and expenses
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports for clients
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for client meetings
- Assist with tax preparation and filing for clients
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Provide support to the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as required
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within an accountancy practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Pay: Up to £21,000.00 per year
