**Wondering what a typical week with P4A looks like?**
Well, the truth is, there isn’t one. Each one of our service users are different and their support goals are personalised to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service, respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success Now, there may be some reoccurring themes such as support with daily household task like preparing meals, keeping their home tidy, shopping or supporting with medication. But along with our clients our ambitions aim to be far beyond that allowing them to grow.
We are currently recruiting for our teams based in the Northampton, the majority of the support will focus on a small number of individuals who really enjoy being out, getting involved in social and leisure activities such as having a bounce at trampoline parks, making a splash at the local swimming pool, hitting the gym, meals out with friends and much more
The options are almost endless and we are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to make the most out of their support and strive to their individual goals.
