Construction Administrator

Recruiting for a Construction Administrator for my client within the Property Industry, building premium properties within the private sector for over 30 years.

The Construction Administrator will be part of an award winning company, reporting to Senior Management, the Contract Manager, Regional Director, Health and Safety Manager and Construction Director.

Your Responsibilities
- Compare and allocate of weekly build progress
- Report to the Senior Management
- Process site and agency timesheets, track holidays and procure agency staff for sites.
- Compare and process monthly mileage and non-mileage claims.
- Track and log handover paperwork from site and log CMLs for plots
- Liaise with external agencies to order quality control plot books
- Preparing agenda, paperwork, handouts, Power Point presentation, minute taking for meetings.
- First point of contact
- General Administration duties.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, agree operative sit cover/rates/facilitating PO numbers
- Generate MI reports
- Track status of surveys uncompleted.
- Organize IT access and PPE equipment
- Coordinate collection and return of company cars from staff
- Update the system
- Update progress in plots, amend end dates, and release plots into build.
- Amend build stages, create new build stages, and create new build programme specific to house type.
- Organise health and safety inductions
- Send accident reports
