Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the properties are compliant with all health and safety regulations at all times and to arrange all necessary inspections and to record all results.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues
- Monitor and analyse changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance
- Investigate and resolve any compliance violations or breaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and improve compliance processes.
- To report the performance and delivery of property compliance services and produce monthly reports as requested.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing property related safety compliance, ideally within the private rented sector.
- Strong knowledge of the private rental sector and property compliance requirements.
- Experience in implementation of effective residential fire safety improvements, including managing a risk assessment process.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety qualified or similar or prepared to achieve this within 12 months of starting the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
