We are recruiting a Family Activities Lead to curate and implement a suite of Family products within Club V, Swim and Racquets that are market leading in the UK.

As a successful Family Activities Lead, you will work with both our Operations and People teams to attract, retain and develop the best Head of Family Activities and team members. You will also ensure that Virgin Active is the Family ‘Employer of Choice’ in the UK by leading the recruitment, induction and development strategy for the Family team.

You will be responsible for evolving our Family Proposition in line with ‘feel good exercise experiences anytime, anywhere’ and working with other stakeholders in the UK and globally. You will take a key stake hold in the Family element of the Academy and Online +, taking ownership of the Swim academy, and driving both commercial and membership targets.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Family Manager to develop into more strategic role.

**About You**

So what qualities does a Family Activities Lead need to join Virgin Active?
- You have previous experience leading a Family focused team, with strong knowledge of the wealth of programmes Virgin Active offer
- You have strong data knowledge, and know how to look for trends that can support our commercial targets
- You can motivate and inspire your team members, supporting and coaching them to meet their KPI and commercial targets
- You work well with other stakeholders, and have can successfully communicate your needs when gaining cross-department support
- You keep on top of industry trends affecting the business, and can make appropriate recommendations regarding tactical approach
- You will act as a member of one team with one goal, will always be yourself, and work hard. Most importantly, you dream big
- You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
