**The Opportunity**

As our Head of HR Operations you will lead a large team of 45 HR colleagues providing a comprehensive professional HR service to the university’s diverse workforce of over 17,000 employees. As a key member of the wider HR Executive team you will support and enable the continued evolution of HR within the University by contributing to the enhancement and implementation of new processes and more widely, working with colleagues to encourage and establish new and improved ways of working both within HR and across the wider university.

You’ll have clear leadership skills, with a strong customer focus and experience of delivering effective customer-centric solutions for a large complex organisation. You will be r esilient, with an infectious enthusiasm and the ability to motivate self and others.
