**Job Involves**:

- _Working on the Telephone. Receiving calls from customers (Motoring Organisations, Insurance Companies, Accident Repair Centres and The General Public)_
- _Taking Job details._
- _Dispatching jobs to the right Resources._
- _Dealing with vehicle storage enquires_
- _Releasing vehicles to owners and insurance companies and taking payments_
- _updating jobs _

**Skills Required**:

- You will be working in a very fast pace environment, which will require you to use your own initiative, be able to work under pressure, take charge of situations, managing jobs from start to finish._
- Basic computer skills are necessary._
- Basic Motoring Knowledge is preferred but not essential_
- Good Geographical Knowledge (Birmingham and Surrounding Areas) is required_
- Good Telephone Manner._
- Calm and Professional Approach._

Previous experience as a controller is needed (Training will be provided).

**Wage / Salary will be discussed in interview.**

**8am to 5pm Monday to Friday**

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
