Ink Robot is a rapidly expanding printer consumables supplier based in Hertfordshire.

We're now looking to recruit an enthusiastic ecommerce & stock control administrator to join our busy team.

**Job Summary**:
You will oversee the processing and despatch of orders in our ink department, booking inbound goods onto our stock management system and dealing with customer queries over the phone and online in a polite and helpful manner.

**Job Type / Category**

This can be a full time or part time role, starting as a temporary role to clear a backlog but could go to a permanent position. No weekend or shift work is required.

Full time working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm Friday. Part time role hours are flexible.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

You must be fully computer literate including Excel.

A close attention to detail is essential for this role.

Customer service experience is desirable.

A willingness to be proactive and flexible is essential.

**Benefits**

You will receive 20 days paid leave in addition to national holidays.

Full training will be provided in our in-house systems.

Salary £21,200 OTE £25,000
