We are looking for a **Waste Collection Operative** to join our dynamic team.

**Overview of Role**:
The Waste Collection Operative will be an integral part of our service and installation team, focused on the efficient and effective collection of waste and recyclable materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform waste and recyclable material collection duties across various regions while ensuring maximum efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Employ effective communication techniques to coordinate with team members and report to management, ensuring transparent and efficient operational flow.
- Resolve unforeseen challenges on the route swiftly, employing problem-solving skills to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Health & Safety standards and procedures.

**Required Attributes & Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and the public.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges as they arise.
- A valid UK driving licence.
