**The Role** Due to rapid growth and continuous success we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to support a number of
Repairs & Maintenance contracts including void properties across the Midlands region of our business, specifically Birmingham, Nottingham, Northamptonshire & Derby.
This is a mobile position covering the Midlands with essential travel throughout the region to be expected.

**The Project** Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will work with the Operations team and the wider Health & Safety team to provide direction and support to Operations to help them achieve compliance with company systems and safety legislation.

Essential:
NEBOSH General Certificate
Experience within a Health and Safety role at advisor level
Passion for Health and Safety Drive to achieve results
Enthusiasm for the role
Desirable:
SMSTS
Scaffold Inspectors Course
IOSH accident investigation (or similar)
IEMA environmental auditing qualification (or similar)
L3 Award in Education & Training (PTTLS)
Experience in a Repairs and Maintenance H&S Advisor role would be advantageous however other non-construction areas would be considered.
