We are currently recruiting for a highly recognised Accounting Firm, for the role of **Advisor**. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK’s top 20 Accounting firms collaborating with diverse clients across industries, offering expert guidance for business growth and ensuring financial security.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead relationship contact on a portfolio of recruitment Industry clients
- Maintain existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and commercial, tax and business planning opportunities are considered
- Provide outsourcing and compliance services
- Delivering portfolio performance targets

**Main Skills/ Requirements**:

- Working with recruitment businesses from either accounting and/or an outsourcing background
- Qualified ACA/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
- Portfolio management experience and high-performance attributes
- Experience in spotting and converting added value opportunities
- Knowledge of specific software such as CCH, Digita, Xero, Evertime, Onshore Reporting is preferable
- Experience in the recruitment sector is preferable
