Are you a self-motivated, hardworking, and ambitious individual seeking a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for our client for an Advisor role based in Hertfordshire within the Recruitment Accountancy department.

As a key player, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met, and considering commercial, tax, and business planning opportunities. This position involves leading a team to provide outsourcing and compliance services, collaborating with other lead relationship contacts, and reporting to the Head of Department.

**What does the job entail?**
- Acting as the lead relationship contact for a portfolio of clients
- Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Managing a team
- Adding value to the exceptional work delivered by the department

**Qualifications**
- Qualifications with at least 5 years post-qualification experience
- Proactive approach to tasks, whether big or small
- Motivation for a fast-paced environment
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience in running a portfolio of clients
- Ability to spot and convert opportunities
- Capability to work independently
- Passion for building lasting relationships
