**Permanent, part-time HR Advisor. **Due to continued growth, this well-established but further expanding professional services company seek a dedicated HR professional to join them in a permanent, part-time capacity, and be part of their team and journey going forward.

**Hours**: circa 15 hours per week, ideally 3 x 5-hour days, office-based.

**HR Advisor - the environment**:
The company has a very positive and inclusive environment that helps to adopt the general growth and development of their staff. It’s relatively small and nimble in size but is rapidly growing. The main framework of HR policies are in place, but they now require an HR advisor with experience who can ‘own’ the function, look after the staff and business, and take things forward for the future.

**HR Advisor - the role**:
This exciting opportunity is a broad-based role, covering:

- Recruitment
- Training
- People development
- Target tracking
- One-to-ones
- Internal comms
- Team building & company culture

**HR Advisor - the person**:
The client needs an experienced HR advisor with at least a CIPD Level 5.

With a good knowledge of: HR best practice, employment laws & regulations for compliance, and a proficiency in HR systems. Someone who is a terrific communicator, who can truly foster an environment of positive collaboration and keep morale strong.

Salary to £35k pro-rata (i.e. at £35k salary, 15 hours would equate to £14k p/a).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- No weekends

- Letchworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD Level 5 + (required)
