**Senior HR Advisor Required in the Letchworth area**:

- Up to £35,000 dependent on experience
- Full time or part time hours considered (minimum of 4 days a week)
Our client, a family run business in the Letchworth area is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team.
**As a Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for**:

- Delivering a proactive HR service to the group
- Ensuring that any HR issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Effectively manage 1 HR apprentice
- Providing advice and guidance on a range of employee relations issues
- Updating and drafting HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the recruitment team
- HR Project work
- Hold the ability to support and allow managers to achieve solutions to any management issues within the group
- To ensure all HR contracts are managed effectively

**Minimum Requirements, essential to the role**:

- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
- Proven HR experience
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Hold the ability to hit the ground running
