Our client, one of the largest pharmaceutical wholesalers and distributors in Europe are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team.
In this critical role you will act as the key tactical interface between HR and all the Letchworth Service Centre Management Team to ensure HR supports the delivery of business objectives. To offer generalist advice and support to all managers on HR policies,processes, procedures, and systems. To provide guidance and training to enable line managers to be self-sufficient in the longer term.
Location: Letchworth Garden City

**Salary**: £ 38 000.00 to £ 40 000.00
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone that has strong ER knowledge, is happy to take ownership of this role, and will build strong relationships with key stake holders. Someone coming out of a manufacturing environment will be highly advantageous
Our ideal applicant will have/be
- Experience in dealing with ER and complex grievances
- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and the full range of HR practices and procedures, including Recruitment, Reward, Performance Management and Training.
- Microsoft Office - all packages to intermediate standard excluding Access - with the ability to be self-supporting in all administrative tasks
- Ability to build personal credibility by demonstrating the organisation's values, building trust with partners in the organisation and proactively contributing to organisational success
- Confident in the use of HR databases and systems
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, or with proven experience and expertise. Minimally, passes in GCSE Math's and English Language
- Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships with line managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to be flexible with service and time
