Overview:
The main purpose of this role is to **plan and coordinate the delivery **of events and experiences that contribute to the commercial and reputational success of Games Global and related brands, and that support strong client relationships.

The Events and Experience Coordinator will be reporting to the Events and Experience Manager and will be providing o**perational support for execution of a range of corporate, industry, hospitality and hosted events** throughout the calendar year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate strong project management skills, managing a number of projects at one time and working to challenging timescales, maintaining excellent attention to detail at all times
- Deliver on the annual Customer Events Roadmap and Global Corporate Hospitality program, inclusive of planning and execution as defined by the Events and Experience Manager
- Coordinate exciting and engaging bespoke customer experiences that facilitate strong communications and relationship building with our customers
- Execute memorable corporate hosted events that position the Games Global brand, and the brands of our 35+ studios, at the forefront of our industry
- Project manage exhibition, stand attendance at global leading industry events at various locations
- Support the Events and Experience Manager in building in data points to the entire event journey in order to measure the success of events and customer experiences, including coordinating post-event analysis and satisfaction surveys
- Onboarding of new suppliers, establishing a strong network of events, production, AV and logistics providers and working with the probity, finance and legal teams to ensure full compliance and legal procedures are complete
- Building a network of events, logistics and merchandise suppliers across key jurisdictions
- Keep a clear track of events related expenditure, logging spend and processing payments in conjunction with the Finance Department
- Deliver on virtual events and presentations, inclusive but not limited to, webinars, roadmap presentations, digital tournaments
- Interpreting a brief and servicing a number of internal customers that have requirement for event support
- Work closely with internal resources and external creative agencies to deliver engaging campaigns in support of events, ensuring we take an end to end campaign approach to marketing
- Understand and adhere to local legislation in respect of events and health & safety best practice, and maintain excellent relationships with both external (e.g suppliers) and internal stakeholders
- Place our customers, clients and partners at the core of what we do

Qualifications:

- Experience working within an events-specific role and leading on major event attendance
- Organised and efficient, managing multiple tasks at any one time
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels in writing and speech
- Excellent interpersonal skills, committed to achieving the best possible outcome for Games Global and associated studios
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
