**Job Title**: Operations Manager
**Location**:Hove (Hybrid)
**Salary**:£31,000-£35,000 per annum
**Full Time**
This is an exciting opportunity, with opportunities to learn more about wellness at our clients retreats in places such as Bali, Costa Rica, and Morocco
**Responsibilities**
Operations
- Manage the communication with and the retreat staff about retreats
- Manage communication with venues, set up of all retreats
- Assist the BA in the communication with guests about complaints and understand our complaints procedure and follow it
- Manage risk assessment, health and safety of retreats and learn proficiently Citation and manage accident/incidents as they arise
- Create and Streamline processes - that support the role to make more efficient
- Work with retreat trainers to set up brand new retreat locations and train retreat teams how to run these
- Create operations manual for each venue location for destination-based staff to use for support when on location alone
- Organise all staffing for retreats, each retreat from beginning to end
- Book all activities for retreats and manage payment of activities, keeping records
- Manage retreat finances, invoicing, financial records of each retreat
- Create, over time, an operations manual for the Operations role and running of retreats
As Line Manager for Bookings Administrator
- Be on hand to assist the Bookings Administrator with bookings or queries about bookings, retreats, guests, retreat teams, complaints
- Learn to use and support the Bookings Administrator with the responsibility and the management of the online booking system Bookinglayer
- Learn thoroughly about all retreats to be able to sell them to potential guests online and by phone when the bookings administrator is on annual leave
- Answering phones and dealing with all calls when BA is not available
