5 Squirrels Ltd is a skincare manufacturer based in Hove. Our mission is to support healthcare professionals to launch and grow their own brands of highly efficacious skincare products to improve their clients skin health and grow their businesses.
Due to continued global growth and demand for our products and services, we have opportunity for an experienced Operations Executive to join our team.

The role requires you to be proactive, foresee future potential issues which could reduce productivity, manage operational issues if they arise whilst allocating priorities and meeting deadlines.
You will work across all departments including
- Manufacturing
- Purchasing
- Research and Development
- Production
- Warehousing
- Design
- Sales and Marketing
You will require tact and tenacity as you will be ensuring individual departments report on and meet productivity requirements and support them to achieve these through continual process improvement.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be directly responsible for the operations and maintenance of procedures at 5 Squirrels.
It is the responsibility of the Operations Executive to ensure that the outputs are on time, on budget and meet our certified ISO 9001:2015 quality expectations and exceed them where possible.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all productivity measurements and goals, identify shortfalls and implementing solutions to address these.
**The Responsibilities**
- Maintaining the ERP (Unleashed)
- Producing and improving productivity reports
- Producing the company BPR
- Project Management
- Scheduling and Prioritising Team Tasks
- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Procurement
- Forecasting and budget management
- Managing Raw Material Database (Cosmetri)
- Managing inventory and stock control
- Coordinating and delivering the company‘s tactical plan
- Goods-In reconciliation
Your Goals

- 100% of orders are delivered on time
- All Operations cash flow and P&L budgets are reached
The Person
A keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail, experience in an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company is beneficial.
Organised, efficient, process driven to allow prioritisation and coordination of multiple work streams and manage your time effectively.
Remain calm and focused under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build supportive positive working relationships
Have an “above the line” mindset
Confidence to engage at all levels from senior management to junior team members
Experienced project management skills
Digitally astute with experience in CRM, ERP, Financial Software, MS 365
Proactive and execute decisions
Hands on and supportive when required

Our clients are high profile international Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Medics, Therapists, Training Providers and Celebrities who have very precise product engineering and design requirements and require high quality, regulatory compliant, safe and effective products delivered on time.
5 Squirrels has launched more than 350 international brands all of whom have seen rapid growth since they went to market. We currently offer a range of 25 clinically proven products available for branding and we produce more than 100 bespoke formulations for larger brands. We have a robust product pipeline and high demand for our services.

We are a 4-day week company who pay 100% of salary for 80% of hours worked in return for meeting 100% of productivity targets. Should productivity targets be met you will only be expected to work Monday to Thursday 9 am - 5pm with Friday as a day off as a reward meeting targets.
