VWS Westgarth Ltd is part of **Veolia Water Technologies** group. Veolia Water Technologies (VWT) is in turn part of Veolia Environnement SA (VE), a French multinational business.

VWS Westgarth Ltd, whose main office is in East Kilbride, Scotland, is a specialist in water treatment systems for the offshore energy sector. We are the world leader in the Sulphate Removal Process, which is a sea water treatment system for the offshore industry and we are also specialists in treatment systems for oilfield produced waters. Our main offshore markets are currently West Africa and South America, where we also undertake the management responsibility for offices in Luanda and Rio de Janeiro.

Our main offshore markets are currently Guyana, Gulf of Mexico, Angola and Brazil. VWS Westgarth employs more than 160 staff within its own offices, who work closely with a number of other global Veolia business units on a regular basis.

**Procurement Administrator**

**Job Role**
- Administrate the purchase of overhead Orders
- Update the Approved Supplier database
- Run reports on open orders, expiring supplier approval data and expedite with relevant parties as required.
- Verify suppliers third party risk management using EthixBase or BVD Catalyst
- Maintain supplier data within the Google Drive and the companies Document Management system
- Administer the purchase orders within the company ERP system.
- Manage all outgoing and incoming correspondence on each assigned order.
- Monitor supplier’s performance for conformance to Purchase Order terms.
- Work with other Procurement staff as assigned to administrate orders.
- Administrate clearance for invoice payments
- Action revisions to purchase orders for cost and schedule changes.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time, in line with company objectives
- To set up new vendors as required and manage questionnaires and compliance actions.
- Ensure adherence to the Health and Safety policies and procedure.

**Capabilities/Competencies**
- Good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business-critical pathways.
- IT Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RedSky, Power BI).
- Experienced with internal systems and databases.
- Hands on approach and a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work within a team and support one another.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines that have been agreed.
- Report gathering and preparation, with professional and confident presentation skills.

**Desirable Professional Qualities**
- HNC/HND in relevant discipline
- Experience maintaining databases
- Previous exposure to working in the purchasing environment
- Experience of ordering goods or services in a work environment
