**What’s different to other firms?**

They are setting a different standard and reaping the rewards.

**Remuneration**

A healthy basic salary up to £55k per annum

Commission is paid at 40% over a small threshold, and annually equates to you earning 50% of generated revenue per annum.

Average yearly fee income is £225k per, however some are topping £350k.

**Working environment**

Hybrid working is offered to all, and when in the office, flexible hours are often utilised by consultants with families or other outside of work commitments.

Transparency and trust are at the core of their values so they adopt a non KPI recruitment process which is purely focused on service, repeat business and results.

Someone who has worked C-Level roles on an international basis is highly desirable
