About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our Digital Capability team at the Department of Work & Pensions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing resourcing strategies that align with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract and retain quality talent
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to inform decision-making and influence business outcomes
  • Conduct data-led analysis to anticipate issues and present findings to key decision-makers
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and relationships at all levels
  • Produce progress updates and reports to various audiences
  • Effective project management skills to deliver to tight deadlines and achieve successful outcomes
About You

We are looking for a solution-focused Recruiter or HR professional with a passion for creating an inclusive, diverse, and engaged workforce. You will have a broad experience in the HR and/or Recruitment space and be able to bring diversity of thought to inform critical business changes.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £43,347, a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, and a generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.
