**The Role**
- Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
- Helping identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised activity plans
- Supporting residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment
- Working with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences for residents
- Create a sense of fun, flexibility, and creative thinking to provide new experiences and activities to meet a diverse range of interests
- Offer a mature, sensible outlook showing commitment, initiative, and desire to enhance the lives of residents

**At Pinetum we'll lay on a warm welcome for residents, friends and family.**

Pinetum is a modern and comfortable purpose-built home located within the grounds of the Countess of Chester Hospital. We provide nursing, residential, respite and day care for older people, including individuals who are living with early stages of Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. We also offer specialist care for adults with complex care needs such as brain and spinal injury.

Our team enjoys getting to know each person as an individual and creating personalised care plans that encourage people to live as independently and actively as possible. In our complex care suite, our highly skilled nursing, therapy and care teams provide around-the-clock intensive care and support patients to lead fulfilling lives.

As well as residential care, we provide flexible care for older people who need some additional support during the daytime. We treat residents and day guests as family members and always aim to go that extra mile, for example by arranging special experiences and outings. And the home has a very friendly and sociable atmosphere - we always have a big welcome waiting for families, friends and any other visitors.
