**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- You will be responsible for recruiting potential apprentices to match up with our apprenticeship vacancies.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Previous experience working within the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working in a fast passed work environment.
- Good standard of education
- Good telephone manner and face to face social skills would be beneficial but not essential.
- Able to work to team targets.
- Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft package

It is advantageous to have had exposure working within a busy and varied business environment, as well as having previous experience working in an educational setting and construction industry.

**Summary**

Annual leave: 28 days including bank holidays.

Contract: Full time / permanent

Office: Plymouth
