Business Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Business Systems Administrator for a client based in Billingham.
You will have effective communication skills, be organised and can problem solve. Along with robust management of suppliers and sub-contractors you will be confident with data entry and computer work, covering the help desk on occasions.
This permanent full-time role offers the opportunity for overtime, with regular Monday to Friday shifts for 37.5 hours per week between 8:00am and 5.00pm, depending upon client requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting financial systems in relation to payroll, invoicing and raising purchase orders
- Ensuring timely responses to clients raising helpdesk calls and requests for planned works
- Coordinating site works, subcontractors, vehicle documentation and registers
- Updating CMMS system for maintenance tasks
- Maintaining and monitoring PPE and stationery stock
- Updating quality management systems and documentation ensuring usage by all
- Complying with health and safety requirements
- Covering reception duties
**Requirements**:
- Effective use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident using SAGE and with data entry
- Recognition of the importance of quality assured administration and organisational accreditation and strategy
- Organised, problem solving approach
- Experience in the engineering sector is an advantage
