**Duties**:

- Maintain stock levels
- Participate in the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.
- Must be a proactive team member ensuring ad hoc client requested tasks are completed to a great standard
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Comply with relevant Health and Safety paperwork
- Performing basic finance tasks
- Receptionist duties

Skills required
- Work in an organised manner, problem solving
- Identify, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors, and to develop processes.
- Recognition of the importance of quality assured administration and its importance to organisational accreditation and strategy.
- Communicate effectively in person, on telephone and by electronic means.
- Effective use Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
