We are recruiting for 2 roles, 1 fulltime and 1 part-time in the team delivering the Workforce Integration Network (WIN) in the Equalities team.

WIN is a flagship Mayoral programme working to create systemic change in London’s workforce by addressing underrepresentation.

The appointed officers will support the day-to-day delivery of the programme. Your responsibilities will include project management as well as engaging directly with businesses, commissioning research and resources to inform both the design and delivery of the programme. You will have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and use these to further the aims of the programme.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Coordinate the delivery of WIN and its outputs. In particular, to lead on the development and delivery of the Workforce Integration Network’s support for employers in London - the WIN Design Labs and well as events with businesses and other stakeholders.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with WIN partners within the GLA and externally including leading on engagement of employers from key sectors with low inclusion of underrepresented groups and seeking opportunities for internal collaboration
- Commission and manage projects and research to improve workforce diversity and inclusion and publish evidence, good practice case studies, and guidance on workforce integration for under-represented groups.
- Develop effective communications and messaging aimed at a wide range of audiences to promote workforce integration, including through understanding findings from commissioned research, liaising with the GLA press/PR team and supporting the GLA’s social media and website activity.
- Actively support and contribute to provision of timely policy advice and briefings to GLA colleagues, including the Mayor’s Office and responses to correspondence and queries, leading on work relating to workforce integration.

**Technical requirements/experience/qualifications**
- Experience of working in partnership with public sector agencies, voluntary and community groups and the private sector.
- Experience of successful policy and programme development and delivery in a relevant social policy field, including an in-depth understanding of labour market equality and workforce integration issues affecting underrepresented groups.
- Experience of planning and organising partnerships, networks, engagements, events and activities involving employers and the private sector, diverse communities, civil society and a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills and experience, and ability to ensure initiatives are delivered to agreed targets and timescales.
