Our in-house diagnostic services encompass MRI, genetic testing, sequencing, and ultrasound, supported by an accredited lab offering a comprehensive range of same-day testing, including full bloodwork.

As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Jorja Healthcare Group, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Joining a dynamic team in a small call centre, you will handle inbound patient inquiries related to medical treatments, medical cannabis, minor procedures, MRI, surgery, and health checks. Comprehensive training will be provided to empower you for success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert patient inquiries into bookings, ensuring proper consent, booking confirmation, and invoices.
- Execute daily task lists promptly to meet set timeframes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
- Skilfully handle incoming telephone calls, documenting and directing them effectively.
- Manage allocated administrative tasks as per the schedule.
- Maintain accurate patient records in both digital and manual filing systems.
- Prioritise data protection and patient confidentiality at all times.
- Provide crucial support to the clinical teams.
- Be adaptable and responsive to changing responsibilities and tasks.
- Operate safely in compliance with legislative requirements and clinic policies.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of previous telephone sales and customer service experience.
- A "can do" attitude and enjoyment of working in a lively and busy sales office.
- A commitment to putting clients first.
- Team players and excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing.

**Qualifications**:
