Temp Project Communication Assistant

Are you a talented Temp Project and Communication Assistant, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can support the team on a wider variety of tasks including written communication? If so then you could be perfect for my client, an Cancer Charity in London.
This role is an immediate start and is temporary for 4 months with the possibility to extend. This role will be hybrid working - office in Farringdon.
The Role: In this **Project and Communication Assistant** role, you will report to Project Manager. Specific tasks include:
- Formatting and preparing communication to external members e.g. grantees and panel members.
- Monitoring inbox and responding to questions.
- Updating tracking worksheets.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Any other ad-hoc administration support as required to support the team.
- Supporting the wider team on general queries and with managing and processing programme requests.
- Assisting on their processing and carrying out data entry tasks.
- Assisting with filing electronic documents and updating internal and external programme related documentation.
- Providing administrative support on new programmes and initiatives..
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- Strong experience working in a team supporting multiple people.
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a large workload.
- IT skills; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship management experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
