**Your opportunity**

Chestnut Park Primary School is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in providing support for children across both Key Stage 1 & 2, ideally with Early year experience.

As an academy within GLF Schools, we benefit from sharing outstanding resources, and support in every aspect of school life from learning and teaching to staffing and educational expertise.

If successful in this role, you will support the Class Teacher in the teaching and well-being of the children, ensuring they fulfil their potential in accordance with the targets that are set. You will also support the wider school, led by the Headteacher, promoting the well-being of staff and children in the school.

**Your Opportunity**

We are looking for someone who will care for our buildings and grounds, carrying out minor repairs as well as managing site health & safety compliance checks. The post holder will be expected to liaise effectively with contractors and be willing to attend appropriate training courses. As a key holder, the role will also include security of the school premises including all buildings and contents.

**The Details**

Full times hours of work: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year term only

Work Pattern : 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: FTE £19,300 - £22,400 which is within Associate 2 staff support range.

Pro Rata: £15,954.23

London Weighting allowance £643 FTE (£499.39 pro-rata)
